RENTING OR LEASING?

CONSULTATION

• Contact us for a free consultation.
• Send us your Floor Plan, Furniture Checklist Form, and Lease Application Form.
• Visit MAY’S Showroom and manufacturers’ showrooms to view products.
• Your MAY’S Decorator will prepare for you a proposal based on your requirements.

ORDER AND QUOTATION

• Choose your desired furniture and home wares.

PAYMENT

• Submit your signed Contract Acceptance Form with the Contract Acceptance Fee.
• MAY’S orders new furniture to be built by the manufacturer.
• Sign the Lease Contract prepared by your Decorator.

DELIVERY

• Your order is delivered, assembled, arranged and ready to enjoy.

DURING LEASE

• Pay the Lease Fee monthly.

TERMINATION OF LEASE

• At the end of the lease period choose to extend the lease, return the furniture to MAY’S or purchase the furniture at a discounted price.
• Furniture not required after the lease period is picked up by MAY’S.
• Your Security Deposit is refunded.

* For some contracts, leasing periods start before delivery.

* Deliberate damage to leased items caused by the user will incur additional cost.
